Our mission is to positively impact the lives of people affected by the Russian invasion of Ukraine and foster resilience for a sustainable post-war recovery.

We aim to achieve this through…

Empathy.

We believe in the power of empathy to drive positive change. We strive to listen to and understand the needs and experiences of those we assist, and to act with compassion and sensitivity towards them.

Compassion.

We approach our work with a deep sense of compassion for others. We recognize that our mission is about helping people, and we are dedicated to treating each person with the kindness, care, and respect they deserve.

Accountability.

We take our responsibility to the people of Ukraine seriously. We are committed to being transparent and accountable in all of our actions and decisions, and to being good stewards of the resources entrusted to us.

Resilience.

We understand that the work we do can be challenging, and we are committed to building resilience in ourselves and in those we help. We believe in the power of perseverance and determination to overcome obstacles and achieve success.

Integrity.

We believe that integrity is the foundation of our organization. We are committed to upholding high ethical standards in all of our actions and interactions, and to doing what is right, even when it is difficult.

Our Board

Motivated by the scale of the unfolding humanitarian tragedy and the consequences of this brutal war, the Ukraine Support Fund was established by a group of Australians who hold Ukraine and its people very close to their hearts.
